French Supports

Bloom Learning Centre has now expanded to offer formal French academic supports to students from kindergarten through grade 8. 

 

We offer a math and literacy intervention for kindergarten through grade 2 that is play/game based, learning through movement, song, word and number work.  This is offered for any child wanting to learn French or is currently attending French immersion school.

The programming for grades 3-8 is literacy based and a student may bring their own schoolwork for help or we will offer our own literacy work.

The first French session will begin with an academic interview in order to find the child's initial skill levels and the second session will include a short meeting with the parents to discuss shared goals and direction for the programming.
